I honestly like the new album. It’s better than I thought it would be. It’s not amazing by any means (I still hate the opener and will probably always skip it), but it’s fun and their best since AI. Also got a ticket for the Dookie / AI show. A little expensive, but with a gift card I couldn’t pass up hearing Dookie in full.

I don't own this album, but I own quite a few. I'll stay on board for this one. It's not worth $50, but all the new LPs I've bought for $38 shipped (Green Day, Menzingers, etc.) aren't worth that either, so whatever.

Re-recording albums seems like the new trend. I don't really understand it. I have yet to hear a re-recorded record that sounded better/or different enough to warrant the energy. I mean TSwift is doing it, but that is because she wants to own her own masters. I get that. This other stuff is whatever.
