Just two from my girlfriend last week for my birthday. She still hasn't given me my actual Christmas presents but I doubt there are any records. Lucky enough for me, my mom basically told me, I'll give you the money, you just buy the records you want. Was VERY happy she said that haha. But the three I got were: JEW - Clarity (1st Press) JEW - Futures Paramore - AWKIF (Green) Anchor and Braille - Felt And the two Starting Line Ep's on 10". So not a bad haul at all for myself! avery Posted December 26, 2011 Share Posted December 26, 2011 i'm not sure why, but my husband got me the best of blondie. he said the ones i put on my list are too obscure (apparently for stores in OC, CA to carry). he drove around 2 days ago to the 5+ stores in the area and couldn't find it. he always waits until the last minute and doesn't want to order online because it'd ruin the surprise. i don't dislike this album, but i already have it on cd. lol. edit: now that i think of it, he might've told his sister to order what i wanted online and i don't think they get the concept of it being the norm for most records to travel through media mail and taking forever to get here and she also waits until the last minute to buy stuff. i didn't get anything from her whereas my husband and kid did. so i guess i might get my xmas present in about a week. on my bday...
