Nah, I got lucky and had Laparoscopic surgery, so I have two small incision marks and then an extra one that would not be there if they didn't have the Hernia to repair as well. If the Dr had decided not to fix my Hernia, i would have the large scar from open surgery. I think my wife talked them into repairing it while I was under the influence of amazingness...So they cut my belly button open, placed the camera port there, and then removed the appendix through the navel. I watched a video on YouTube as soon as they let me come home lol. Did the same thing when I had my Pacemaker put in so I knew why I hurt so badly.. I hate cleaning, but it needed it and I had to clear out my back bedroom since I am getting carpet installed in it on Wednesday. Neither get used, and probably won't . Rub it in.... ugh I forgot about your hernia too! Turned out not to even be a Hernia per se.. It was just a piece of the fat lining behind my stomach muscles that had poked through at some point from me lifting too much either when I was a store manager moving food orders or when doing power lifting. Nice to know I've never had the risk of it being a problem outside of sore and ugly, and now when this thing heals I can go back to lifting and running again. Just went to the store for a bag of cornmeal mix for the wife to make another one of those cast iron skillet jobs to go with her homemade Chicken/Mushroom/Leek soup, and the damn flour and cornmeal section had straight up been raped clean of anything usable... It's pretty bad Mine doesn't sound as bad as a lot of people claim. To my understanding, some setups track inner grooves better than others. Don't know if that's it or maybe my hearing just sucks.
