I get pain in the lower right abdomen, that wraps around to the back sometimes. My dad said that's what happened to him before it got really bad. It usually goes away after a few days though. Thankfully the pain is usually not terrible, just annoying. Same, stupid human bodies. Chewable Pepto Bismol tablets are the worst thing ever invented, but so convenient.
