timbrh2001
I just sort of assumed they would be doing one a month this year? No idea what the others will be though. You hoping they keep with the horror flicks or do you want them to expand upon kickass sountracks like Drive? Id prefer the latter but horror flicks are cool too. BuzzersonKillwell
I'm down for whatever. Drive is probably my favorite to date musically. I'd be down for more contemporary or non-horror as long as it is quality. It's all good to me because even if I don't love the score or soundtrack ill probably be into the art. I have no idea what they might release. I kind of like that too.

Yeah I just wonder what kind of licensing access they will have to movie soundtracks because they seem to be pretty good at gaining it for their posters. Id love to see some 80s classics like Goonies, Karate Kid or something.
Rip
I love everything they've done so far. And I'd be totally okay if they kept up with the horror theme.
serum7
They should do the Daredevil soundtrack. Actually, someone needs to put out the soundtrack to Touch that was done by Dave Grohl.

Guest tms2787
I am still hoping someone, anyone presses High Fidelity. I am sure Mondo could do great things with that poster/jacket art. NotoriousTIMP, 000000 and daegor

Guest tms2787
DUDE....High Fidelity would be awesome!!! I was hoping that this years RSD would hold a release of it but it's not. So I am hoping Mondo or maybe RSD '14 holds it. I feel like it's a perfect release for RSD. But what the hell do I know.

combatwaffle
My choices: Scott Pilgrim, Cold Mountain, and Godzilla (1998) I would LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE a new Scott Pilgrim soundtrack release. I'm still kicking myself for not buying it when it was 20 bucks on Amazon.

kk-downing
I feel like a lot of people's suggestions for what Mondo should do next is not really in line with what they e put out so far. I guess to a point Drive isn't either, but in the end I just want more horror soundtracks. Rip

So far it seems like they've pretty much been film scores, as opposed to soundtracks (collection of hit songs). I'd rather have the scores anyway. I'd like to see more of that from them too, but we do have Death Waltz filling a lot of that void at the moment. Kudos to the High Fidelity recommendation. And a Scott Pilgrim repress would sell out in .02 seconds, but I'd be all over it. And thank Jebus I have the OG. burdenx
BuzzersonKillwell
I'd love to see ... 28 Days Later Beat me to it. Seems to fit and would be rad artwork I bet. I agree with others, have a hard time seeing them do soundtracks like Godzills or Scott Pilgrim, though the latter seems much more likely. I figure they'll announce in the next couple weeks. noalarmplanet
I love my Scott Pilgrim record. I'd love the score though and mondo would do a great job with it. I also would like the Anamanaguci score to the video game.
blugel
"Assassination of Jesse James by the coward Robert Ford", definitly. Most definately! Another good score I keep going back to is Cliff Martinez's score to Soderbergh's version of "Solaris"...haunting...would love it on vinyl... stl_ben
Longest shot ever to be released on vinyl and far from what Mondo would do...but someone said video game score and just reminded me how bad I want the 8-bit songs from Fall Out Boy Trail
deletedunknown
Howard Shore's soundtrack to Crash would be a fitting move to go from Drive. That soundtrack is so fitting to the movie. Eerie, jagged, and strangely sensual.
dreamover
all of the soundtracks mondo has pressed minus the first 5 songs from drive are more scores by one artist. i doubt they'll be pressing too many compilation soundtracks as those are a pain in the ass to license and not really their focus. also, it doesn't really seem necessary to press 8-bit music to vinyl, does it? companyinkrecs
All of those RSD soundtrack comp's are silly to me. Just because you thought Judd Nelson was cool in Breakfast Club doesn't mean the soundtrack is actually an enjoyable 35 minute listen. But god damn I'm becoming such a cynical asshole. And I feel tempted to criticize death waltz in yet another thread, but I'll just bite my tongue and say I hope Mondo does 28 days later as well. lastly, the fountain was an incredibly confusing movie, but the score is quite beautiful. jipc
