It's not really the label's responsibility to replace anything damaged in transit, but as we all know most labels are willing to work with customers. The way it looked to me it may just be damage to the cover (hopefully) in which case I don't think it would hurt to email them and ask if they could send you a new cover. From the gatefold, to the lyric sheet to the way the green just pops...Not to mention no sticker. Also, one thing that annoyed me about the MOV release was that the cover art was pixelated, like it was a bad digital scan of the o/g photo.
