SICK Y'ALL!

 

And yeah, the only workout I've been getting recently is my bike rides to work and that just isn't cutting it. Feel like this is pretty quick but still definitely worthwhile! Ended up doing 50 overall today, which totally surprised me considering how inactive I've been and how little upper body strengthI felt I had, but by the time I was at the last set I was definitely feeling wiped out. I'm keeping a log by my coffee maker as a reminder because that's usually the first thing I go to in the morning.
