Bullmoose is showing a limited edition "d" (which I'm assuming is short for deluxe) for preorder on their site now. I'm assuming it's the coke bottle clear but hard to say. We don't yet know what will be "deluxe" about that version. There also will be a non-deluxe version for $19.97. Both are 2LP and come with a download card. The price difference suggests that there will be a packaging difference in addition (or instead of) a different vinyl color. Let's see what we can find out.
