filthyrich
Listened to my buddy's seafoam, and the MOV pressing, and the Triple Crown original pressing, and the MTS version. Like a BN Zaireeka? That's some zen master shit. tetsuodaironman
parkinglot
If I hadn't listened to YFW and Deja as much as I did when I was younger, I probably wouldn't like them now. I think that's pretty much what it comes down to for most people.
birdturbo
The funny thing is, I don't agree with you guys, but I see where you come from. I think all 4 albums are different in their own way. I think that's what makes me like this band as much as I do. I didn't used to feel this way, and only liked YFW, but eventually I opened my heart to all sorts of music and fell in love with the rest of their albums. lol
cemeterytapes
They're all great, I still actively listen to all of them.
Hobbes
I guess Mike Sapone sent out a picture of drum sets in studio on Facebook and tagged Brand New in the post. Naturally speculation has begun psus2h

Hennessey Jonze
Still clamoring for that Déjà repress but dang what a wait. If somebody told me that something I did 11 years ago would cause this much buzz and demand, I'd probably try my best to see to it that it is desirably, affordably, and plentifully stocked. (Especially if these people are kind enough to consider themselves fans of such work) Same goes for IKSSE. Anticipation certainly increases the overall enjoyment of most things, but take note of its inevitable expiration date. I am rapidly approaching said date. cemeterytapes
Listened to my seafoam copy today. Honestly, my black MOV might sound a little bit better, but it seems like a pretty negligible difference at the VERY most. I'd be curious to hear the black MOV against the black Triple Crown. Packaging is sweet though, I wish every pressing of the record came with the lyric sheet.
Team Avatar
yo i am surprised how many people here think other people care about when they got into brand new AlexH.
carryonkid
I mean, it's better than reading about shipping notifications and stabs at a certain pressing that had stickers where they shouldn't be.
Team Avatar
okay fair enough. that's true. I got two shipping notifications and only received black but no cancelled order. -.-

Ratsky9
Quick Question, I own a version of the Mightier Than Sword version of this album, and i was wondering if anyone knows how the MTS versions compare to some of the newer pressings in terms of sound. My version sounds fine, but is by no means perfect. I am curious what is considered the optimum quality because this is one of the few albums that I love enough to justify buying another copy if the sound is improved. Just a heads up, not trying to be a dick, but within probably the last five pages that has been mentioned multiple times. Read back about 5 pages, I'm too lazy to go back and grab it right now.
