I would typically refrain from posting OSTs in this thread - but Ryuichi Sakamoto did the score for The Revenant and it's really good, and Sakamoto is really good too.

If it's kosher to talk about soundtracks, might I drop in to remind everyone that The Fountain OST is amazing, as is the OST for Red Dead Redemption.

That is all.

Also, digging in to this new As Seas Exhale material right now!

Your shit has been pretty much the only thing I've been listening to at home on my computer the past week or so haha. Ineffable is the fucking shit man. I can't get enough of that.

Thanks dude! I'm always surprised to some degree when people tell me they like that haha, I like what I wrote for that but the production is so bad to me compared to what I've been doing since The Healing Process. Either way, glad you're enjoying it!

Not gonna lie, I've been pretty stoked for you to finally get to hear it Charlie! I didn't plan for it to take me forever to finish so teasing the album with what I planned to be the last two tracks on the album before finishing the rest is kinda weird but hey whatever, it's finally done!

PS, never forget the cool song titles I had up on the BC page for this before I decided on actual names for them, you seemed pretty excited for "Bleep Bloop", fyi Jovian is what that song ended up being called haha. I don't even remember what "uh????" was, I think I decided I didn't like it and cut it last year.

Starting to lose track of what has gotten mentioned, but I don't think this band has been brought up yet.  Just checked them out after seeing them get love on Arctic Drones.

Really damn good album after only listening through it once.  Very crescendo-driven, but they do an excellent job of keeping your interest throughout the entire song.  Heavy yet beautiful, with a song that even sounded like a post-rock mid-90s Radiohead song.

Oh Hiroshima - In Silence We Yearn

"Ruach" & "Drones" are #thejamz.

I need to say I've been listening to the new fourteen nights at see and I'm liking it more and more. Such a good mood setter. Might have to splurge for the vinyl.

This is the one I got. Still 2 available for $13.

Oh shit. I've been holding on to the Yellow in my cart for a while because I like that variant a lot better.

Decisions decisions...

Also, someone just snagged "In Never Out" by PG.Lost for $60 the other day. GRRRRR. I'm buying a bunch of stuff from the dude, and he was like "the guy is being flaky, if he doesn't pay by Thursday it's yours."

He paid yesterday. Faaaaack!

Here's a brand new and unplayed copy of Caspian - Tertia | Maroon/Gold /100 for 25$ + shipping.

It's listed as transparent pilsner but I contact the seller and he has no idea about different variants and listed it casually. Anyway he guarantees that the customer will receive the one pictured.

There were 2 copies, I bought one so one left.

That's 2nd pressing. Dan at Cavity records still has both variants for $12.  I listen to the yellow/blue copy but the /300 variant looks cool - just can't justify more variants.
