just a normal guy kevin
Third Eye Blind can poop in a bucket and I'd buy it. New song rips. For a great Jenkins story, Google the story John Vanderslice tells about Jenkins trying to record at Tiny Telephone. onwardempire

Tommy
Just got Ursa Major in the mail. I thought the original press was clear with grey, black and white speckle. Mine has grey and pink speckle. Is this a repress?

Is this a repress? Yeah. #jenkins put this in my boxset instead of the black-speckle boxset variant then stopped replying to my emails. Sounds and looks great though so I never pushed it. Sounds and looks great though so I never pushed it. Something tells me Stephen Jenkins is not personally assembling the box sets. just a normal guy kevin
According to their Facebook they just finished recording the album very recently. Do you guys think that Jenkins has the exclusive hook up with the pressing plants and can get the vinyl pumped out within the next month for the release date? onwardempire
Something tells me Stephen Jenkins is not personally assembling the box sets. Seriously? And here's me thinking he'd hand-folded the card, cut the vinyl, and assembled each and every one - gluing them together with his own sweat and tears. Don't I feel the fool. just a normal guy kevin
He probably rode his motorcycle into the pressing plant, turned a chair around, sat on it backwards, stared at the plant manager for a few minutes in silence, said "Here's how it's going to be. You're gonna let us press our records here and the price is going to be [x amount]," then left and was never heard from or seen again. Then the band hired a fulfillment service to handle all their merch a few weeks later. natenomm, kjkenney, Tommy and 2 others

Brad (the drummer) posted on Twitter that the vinyl won't be out until fall.

dreamover
Do any of their releases come with download codes? for some of those prices i'd hope soPretty sure they had to license these to release them. I'm sure they only licensed vinyl rights and I'm sure they were expensive. Not to say there's not a huge markup.
fuckinandsuckinandtouchin
No codes, Ursa Major didn't come with one either. I already had these digitally from either CDs or itunes though.

atticus
Wife told me a friend at work offered her two tickets to see 3eb and dashboard. Asked her how much. $138 for two tickets. I puked a little.
th11thson
saw them last night at foxwoods, they were excellent. At the merch table they had signed s/t lps and signed set lists. Other than those they had the usual t shirts if anyone was wondering. Mourning Wood

NationallyFrightened
They are signed by Stephan and brad the drummer, so only the 2 current members who actually recorded the album. For $35. Not bad considering it costs more than that to get it unsigned from their online store Mourning Wood
