So when you add to cart, it still shows the amount of products that are available, but when you try to checkout, you see that they are all in the process of being checked out by other customers. That's how the new shopify system works. If someone decide they don't want it and stop checking out, then that one will become available to checkout again. So don't stop until you see that they are no more available to add to cart. Gravity - was in an endless loop from cart to paypal for 10 minutes and it kept saying it's sold out and remove from cart. Finally just got the order completed! I'm having the same issues as you guys, with the Add to Cart active but not being able to complete check out.
