That's a huge, wholly untapped market.Absolutely. It makes a ton of sense, business-wise. My understanding has long been that the reason we see so few Anime and Japanese video game scores is that they are notoriously expensive rights to secure. I remember reading speculation that the Ghibli music was among the most expensive, if not the most expensive, licenses Mondo've had.
