xadamhudsonx
What's weird is that its their 3rd Coltrane release. Had the others sold out that would make sense, but they're still available.
Cloudsbelow
I swear by my 2XLP 45RPM pressing from about 5 years back. Blows this new digital press out of the water. But you know, clear vinyl... Like Coltrane always wanted. yeah, jazz records on coloured vinyl just seems weird. Solid album regardless. RowBearToe
Does newbury provide tracking info? This is my first time buying from them and I got a shipping confirmation but don't see anywhere to look up the tracking

sergeantscruffy
What sucks most about this whole Newbury Comics scalping their own records thing is that Newbury Comics used to be awesome. They were my favorite store. They had great prices and cool stuff. They are not the same company any more. agaetisbyrjun and Duff
Blaine
Are their presses usually high quality? I'm intrigued by that Band Of Horses release.
Fowty Dollaz
Are their presses usually high quality? I'm intrigued by that Band Of Horses release.I bought the new Decemberists album and it sounds amazing. I'm sure it was made in the same plant as the black LPs but is just distributed via Newbury. just a normal guy kevin
Next up, that Neon Trees LP, the Portishead self-titled, the Ingrid Michaelson album, and those three Erykah Badu LPs that are all always $9 on Amazon. cambionic and Stravinsky

tape
What sucks most about this whole Newbury Comics scalping their own records thing is that Newbury Comics used to be awesome. They were my favorite store. They had great prices and cool stuff. They are not the same company any more. They're barely even a record store anymore. Nowadays they're almost Hot Topic Lite, especially if you go to any of the new stores they've opened in the last couple of years. Newbury Street, Harvard Square and Norwood are about the only ones that still have music sections of any serious note.

I have the standard black press of this. It sounds good. As with all these releases, I don't think a new, colored version for twice the price you can still buy the black version for is warranted. That said, to each their own. Dicky Greenleaf, Blumplum and Blaine

So many options, and all cheaper than the new pressing. Thank you, that makes my decision much easier.
LIGMA_BALLZ
I just re bought this album on vinyl, but when I first moved up to seattle from living in the suburbs I discovered the local radio station KEXP and at that time they were reppin' this album hard cause it was out on sub pop and they were a local band at that time. At the time I was also discovering new bands like the national, rogue wave, broadcast, and "everything all the time" kicked that off for me. I'm definitely stoked on this reissue! AlexH.
I'm definitely stoked on this reissue! Not really a reissue when it's never been out of print. To add to The Exquisite Death's post, here it is for $14 via Sub Pop: https://megamart.subpop.com/releases/band_of_horses/everything_all_the_time
