Mainly drinking the ones that you can see the bacteria cultures floating around in them. They are also pretty tasty too. Something to look into! I was drinking unfiltered natural apple cider vinegar for a while, but it always went right threw me despite being said to stop that sorta thing. The ones I like have the bacterial cultures floating around in it. It's a little funky at first but if you can acquire a taste for it they are pretty delicious.
