mrrom92
Shot in the dark here. DGC has kept this album in print since it's release, I'd bet all they did was press 2,500 (another guess on the pressing based off of recent Blink and FOB numbers) of them with green pellets as opposed to their standard black. Same plates. Now let's see if I'm right. Here's to hoping you are! Sometimes the simple approach is the best one.

mrrom92
Also, not that it matters a ton but since the standard press is 180gm, just wondering if this will be as well? psus2h

OrangeJoe
This is a great album. Its on par too me with YFW. TDAG DEJA YFW/DAISY Maybe you had to just grow up with YFW? They are just so different its difficult to compare. All I'll say is "Logan to government center" is one of the greatest tracks this band has. I will also buy a green copy. tetsuodaironman
Thomas_Nassiff
Will probably never forget where I was when I heard "Vices" explode after that opening hymn thing the first time I listened to this album. Super memorable moment. I have the black so I won't be picking this up, but would be all over it if I didn't already own the LP.
CVHX
travis, could you possibly post a list of the stores scheduled to get it? I have to go to the mall 30 mins away in the next day or two. i know it may be pushing it, but if that store was getting it, there is a possibility they will have the record soon and i could pick it up. I'll probably end up placing an online order for instore pickup anyway. All the vinyl at my local HT is usually abused and trashed. Shame. mrrom92
So while we're all on the topic of Daisy - has the opening hymn ever been identified and traced back to a certain performer or release? I've heard Jesse maintains a collection of weird tape oddities and to me this sounds like "found footage". Like the cheaply/locally produced cassette recording sold at your local church circa 1978 that has your friend's aunt on it that nobody outside of a 3 mile radius would ever have the opportunity to hear. The opening music at the start of "Vices" and closing music at the end of "Noro" is "On Life's Highway," a gospel hymn written by Bertrand Brown. As Lacey remarked in an interview, "We've always been interested in putting strange things on the albums. We don't do it as much as we would like." So says Wikipedia, the infinite oracle of knowledge eshame
