Probably licensing issues with that, unfortunately. I don't know how easy or difficult arranging things like that are, but I'd imagine it to be tougher than simpler. I have no skin in this game, but I believe they stated somewhere recently that there would be no more pre-orders and that anything sold would be in hand. Small sample size, but F13III bore that out.
