beagiesmalls
What other message boards or websites do people check out for vinyl releases etc.? Edited October 11, 2018 by beagiesmalls
Er0ck619
I see a lot of releases on Instagram and Instagram stories. Just follow artists or labels you enjoy. Also the /r/vinylreleases sub on reddit is orettt solid

Dunc
I would love to find one that has members more into punk and hardcore but this is still the best imo. Too many garbage posts on other forums.

For the last few months, I had been trying desperately to remember this random hardcore/punk forum from the early 2000s that, at the time, seemed like it was one of the bigger and better designed/organized forums. I could not come up with the name but, somehow, reading your post jogged something in my brain and I remembered it was stereokiller.com which I guess still exists. Not recommending it, just saying thanks for helping me access my lost teenage memories.

For some reason, I never spent time on the other two. Since we're hi-jacking this thread with past forums discussion, does anyone remember a particular large Christian punk/hardcore forum in the early 2000s? Everyone seemed to be transitioning out of Christianity, in hindsight, but, at the time, it felt like everyone was just a cool "Yeah I'm Christian but not like Christian Christian" punk/hardcore fan. People would use bad words and talk about doing bad stuff. There's a chance this was a tiny random forum but I remember it being large enough to possibly be something some of y'all fellow over-30s might remember. itsgoodtobefree
Steve Hoffman Forums are essential for anything classic rock, jazz, or equipment related. RowBearToe and faaip de oiad
shenanigans
I joined a punk vinyl facebook group that is pretty solid. The people have no idea about what their records are worth or what's rare, but they're pretty good about posting preorders. Shoot me a message if you want a link. Han Solo
There's many Facebook groups you could join if you'd like. People use them for buying and selling as well as discussing new releases. And yeah like Er0ck619 said, social media is a really convenient way to go about it Edited October 11, 2018 by Han Solo
