Great professional customer service and very friendly people. I've ordered numerous records from them. Shipping can be a little expensive at times though. They ship their records like a tank and I have never had a problem getting a hold of them if problems arise. On the other hand, I am sure matador/XL will sell these too. This is interesting. There are some bands/albums I feel this way about, but not necessarily Sigur Ros or these albums.
