  3. New Constants album for PO Wednesday! First album since 2012, honestly super pumped; Foundation/Machine/Ascension is one of my all time favorites. "our new record “devotion" will be available for pre-order this Wednesday 4.22.20 on our bandcamp page. . we wrote and recorded one brand new song for the album to round out a collection of bsides, covers and remixes we've collected over the past decade or so. we're really excited to share something new with you, and to officially welcome our brother Joel M Reynolds who has joined us on guitar."

  4. I watched Truth or Dare (2013) the other night. I almost turned it off pretty quickly due to the awful acting and bad cinematography, but decided to give it a bit to see where it went. I wouldn't say it's a good movie, but once I realized it's full on trash cinema, I had a pretty fun time with it.

  5. Is there a big list of soundtracks that need to be made? I’ve always loved Bart’s Nightmare and Super Double Dragon

  6. Best Buy of all people seems to have the splatter still for Oranssi Pazuzu. https://www.bestbuy.com/site/mestarin-kynsi-lp-vinyl/34897798.p?skuId=34897798 Also Nuclear Blast Germany has Black, Silver and Green versions up. Super expensive to ship to US though. https://www.nuclearblast.de/de/produkte/tontraeger/vinyl/2lp/oranssi-pazuzu-mestarin-kynsi-dark-green-vinyl.html

  8. Very glad I got the purple instead of the gold, I think it turned out the best of the bunch. The rocksound variant looking very good also. Also yeah, WEIRD but good album, dig it!

  9. My own introduction to Baths back in 2011 was Pop Music / False B-Sides, and it's finally out on vinyl, along with a second entry in the series (it's a series now apparently and that's kinda cool), collecting various tracks from the better part of the last decade. You can hear two of them here on Bandcamp. Released by Baths' proprietary label, Basement's Basement. Shipping to meet a 5/29/20 release date via Baths' page on The Hyv. Press release here. ((Vol 1 ltd to 380, Vol 2 ltd to 400))

  10. Wow, those prices are just... obnoxious. 3 editions with 4 lps that add up to a total of 166$. Maybe if that meant good pressing quality I would not mind as much but more often than not it's the extra expensive ones that also sound extra crappy. Too bad, I really like the soundtrack, but this is just bonkers.

  11. I'm happy to report that you are not required to purchase the bundle if you aren't feeling the "terms and conditions". Looks like this sold out pretty quickly, which of course justifies it's market price. I agree that I would rather buy this for $30, and not the bundle as well, but it's definitely not horrible business practice. They're a for-profit business, they see demand, and created a win/win for the individuals who did indeed follow through with the purchase.

  13. not really sure why youd interpret the question as anything but that. the guy didn't seem to complain but simply ask if since hes never ordered from them before. everyone is pretty aware theres more important things going on and shipping times across the board have slowed down considerably. I've been going to work for a month now, well aware that things are crazy but maybe dont get so offended by a pretty tame inquiry next time?

  14. Underwater - This kept flirting with being a really enjoyable movie, but never quite got there. Alien meets Cloverfield underwater would be a fair description. The Other Lamb - All mood, very little narrative. The plot synopsis is pretty much the entire plot. Can't really say that it was bad, just didn't get what I thought I would and wasn't a very fun Saturday night movie. The Platform - I thought this was great all around. It's interesting and tense and dark and very violent at times. I'm not sure if a movie about confined spaces hits a little too close to home right now, but definitely check this one out at some point. I also watched Bacurau and loved it. Not really horror, but figured I would mention it.
