Really good service by Diggers Factory, emailed them last night that I never got a confirmation (only PayPal email) for the new Hundredth, and just now got an email that I apparently had a typo in my emailadress and they changed it to the right one already

It’s a bummer but these things happen. Legit if you send an email to a label or band asking why the mock-up was cooler than the finished product then you are a weenie. Also, the band already replied to that guy on Twitter saying basically that exact thing... it’s sick to do the avengers guy meme and crack other jokes on the board but beyond that just deal with it. Spin the record or put it on your shelf forever or sell it or get real mad and smash it. Who gives a fuck?

Lordy this thread died. Shout out to Waxwork. The Fog finally came in. Fantastic. The pressing is gorgeous, I think it looks better than the mock up. Sounds fantastic. Great packaging with a sturdy sleeve and I love their mailers. It got beat up but the record was still mint.

I've seen you have this take a few times. I'm really not trying to antagonize or argue with you but I don't understand it. $40 is a ridiculous cost for an album. Should we just keep being okay with these labels continuing to push up the "regular" cost of vinyl? Next year it'll be $50.

Yeah that's kinda my point lol. Had this been in a thread titled "Free Throw - S/T" I would have probably saw it and jumped. But it was buried on page 7 of a record I already own so I assumed it was a repress, or something I'm not interested in at all. Whatever, that's on me for not using social media and relying on others to post on these boards. Just sour I missed the rare variant. And confused why people post info like this in random threads. Not trying to call you out directly, it happens all the time. Just confuses me 🤷‍♂️
