Do you ever buy records just to flip?

I'm actually not trolling. I don't think flipping records is necessarily bad. Collecting records is an expensive hobby, I don't have income to just throw around on things like the Slint box set, as much as I wish I did. So yeah, I selectively flip things to get money to buy the records I would otherwise not have money to buy. Obviously a contentious issue, but there are multiple ways to view it.

the question is, do i ever buy records not to flip? i mean i love how my crosley sounds but i don't really have a lot of time to listen to my collection.

good lolz

and yeah, I mean sometimes things like test presses are obviously a good investment, so it might be tight purchasing them when the opportunity arises, but more often than not it pays off.
