I mean my problem with all of these situations is the logical inconsistencies almost always present. Sexual Assault is a horrible thing, and everyone should see consequences for it, but it should come from the laws present in a country, not weird underground "street rules". The consequences for this type of thing need to be more than just "I'm not touring with this guy anymore." If it's true, they should face legal consequences. It always seems like the excuse for not actually prosecuting is that they thought the cops would do nothing, but they can't do anything if they never know about it. Especially when it's like a whole frat of perpetrators, want to know would stop a ton of bros from raping people? If half of their friends were in jail for their crimes. Like Animal Flag recently announced that they were switching the release of "Void Ripper" from Cam's label, a Triple Crown Imprint, to just Triple Crown. But I mean I already bought it. That did nothing.

I just received the Pennywise - Full Circle I had ordered...and yep, it's a newer press. Well the sleeve at least. I would assume that it's not remastered or anything like that but the record / sleeve weigh ~50g more than the original.

Man, this Pop pressing sounds loads better than the original. Low end is perfectly deep. Vinyl is flat and quiet, clean and heavy (sticker says pressed in Germany - maybe Pallas?). Gonna have to order ATYCLB now because my original was purchased used and there is some wear on it.

Anyone know if The Bird and the Bees Interpreting the Master's Vol 1: a Tribute to Daryl Hall and John Oates, was scratched from this years list? Can't seem to find it on the RSD website... EDIT: Contacted BullMoose and it did indeed get canceled. They said to look out for it maybe next month...

I think you've been very reasonable about this, but since I posted the link, I will make a few comments about his situation as apposed to YAITW and others. Not that it ever justifies laying hands on a woman, but I do see a difference between things that happen between two people in a relationship and the sort of predatory and at times violent behavior we've seen in these other instances. Wrest claimed his innocence the entire time. Out of the 38 or so charges, only four were brought and the only charge he was convicted of was surprising to some since apparently witnesses for both defense and prosecution stated that there were no marks to suggest that he choked her. As far as True Traitor, True Whore, if I just went through that experience, I could see that as being a legit way to express what I was feeling in the language of black metal. Nice to see a civil discussion about these issues in at least one thread on this board. Anywhooo, back to music!
