I did a search and couldn't find a topic about Ludo's self-titled release, so here it is! Up on their webstore now. https://ludomerch.com/products/ludo-vinyl2 points

For sure. When “Let it Die” started up right after “Do You Feel Nothing?” it was jarring but I was like “Damn that worked real well in the flow of this album”. Then the big comedown of “Entertainment” after “You’re Gonna Hate...” sealed the deal. Also, “Strain” is probably my favorite. I wanna stew in these dark moody beefy riffs for days.2 points

Yezzir! This is still my favorite album from them. Got to catch them several times back in the day out in Austin at SXSWs and in BHam at Bottletree. They were always super nice. Wish I had money to throw at this.2 points -

PO: Lightning Bolt - Ride the Skies reissue
voltagedrop reacted to zaoza for a topic
http://thrilljockey.com/products/ride-the-skies Lightning Bolt’s Ride the Skies sees a true classic from the band’s catalogue back in print for the first time in a long time. Arguably the first album where the duo first truly nailed their patented sound, Ride the Skies saw Lightning Bolt refine the auditory chaos of their self-titled debut into something much more concise and direct, bulking out pieces with more muscular sonics without sacrificing the sheer velocity and wild energy that made their first release so exhilarating.1 point -

I switched to something else after about 4 songs. Glad that it's really resonating with a lot of people, but it's definitely not for me.1 point -
I don't think this has been officially announced yet but Amazon UK are taking pre-orders with a January 31 release date: https://www.amazon.co.uk/End-World-Original-Songs-Score/dp/B07ZZM2QSJ/ref=sr_1_1?keywords=graham+coxon&qid=1575658149&sr=8-11 point

This is me completely. Whiny vocals on this grate on me hard. Which is a bummer because musically I dig it.1 point

FYI, I did see on Twitter that they acknowledged that the tour vinyl is going faster than anticipated and that people should "stay tuned for future pressings." So its sounds like these will be available in some form down the road.1 point -

Ordered all three variants, the cd and hoodie. All of the artists involved in this are some of my favorites and hearing them cover this music is top notch. Dan's voice at the end of Skipping Stone hit hard. Tim Landers forever!1 point -
PO: The Dillinger Escape Plan- One of Us Is the Killer
copelandkid reacted to DecayToDeath for a topic
I feel like that's pretty misleading though, because if there's an "unlimited" press of something that came out in like 2000 that dries up in the present day and doesn't get a new issue for a few years, you wouldn't really say it's been out of print for two decades1 point -
