I was made aware of this via the Fuel Sunburn thread some weeks ago. Apparently there is an insert in the Eve 6 Horrorscope Wargod pressing that has these two Stabbing Westward albums coming soon. Thought I'd start up a thread for this already. There might only be a handful of people on VC board as excited as I am about these. Maybe Wargod will stop in and provide us with updates on it.

It wasn’t bad (Pillorian) but it just felt like it was missing something. Maybe my expectations were too high or maybe I just miss Anderson’s guitar work and ideas mixed with Haughm’s. People give Haughm a ton of credit for Agalloch and rightfully so but Anderson was also a huge creative force within the band.

Nice heads up on getting Spurv from Canada. Ended up being $3US cheaper than ordering from the states, even with shipping.

Hahaha was actually listening to Toundra (digitally) just now. Still waiting on my copy (as well as Spurv) from Amazon.ca. I'll let you know how that sounds once I get it.

Ordered, sort of surprised by the single variant though.... for a lot of their other releases they do multiple variants in the x/200 range as well. Going to keep my eyes open for another edition. Also the single is better than anything off the last full length, so that is promising.

That's how I feel about most WWE shows these days. I stopped watching RAW completely and watch half of the PPVs at most. SD! has gotten good again but I still tend to skip a lot of stuff. NXT and 205 are the only consistent products they got. I gotta say, I'm pretty happy with changing my viewing habits. I'm basically Team NJPW now, so that's where my primary focus lies. I'm a big fan of Lucha Underground too and with the G1 coming up, the summer is more than stacked even without WWE's main shows.

They joined Twitter and Instagram a couple days before preorders went up. Hopefully they didn't do it just to promote the LP and there's some reunion shows in the works... I think the release date is listed as 6/22 so maybe they DLs will go out on Friday? Kinda weird considering it's been out for 15 years if that's the case.

Some people are so imaptient. I've been sitting on this for over a year. Y'all complaining about 2 months. It's a record; you're not on the kidney transplant list. It'll get here when it gets here. Yah, it's lame that their correspondence has pretty much been 0, but they'll get it done. There are better things to worry about.

I've seen a lot worse. This artwork is pretty inoffensive and looks like it was put together in 2 minutes or less. But I can't see getting upset about it. It's not like the new Nothing album or that abomination on A Perfect Circle's latest. The song is pretty bad though. Maybe my least favorite Death Cab song yet.

Fragments of an Untold Story by Shunning the Opportunity is my favorite album they’ve done. I love all of them but, the first one takes me back to 1998 in the carpeted tumbling room of the Fairless Hills YMCA, where I saw people doing spin kicks in Jncos. I also have the 3x7" variant of Transient Effects. Now they just have to press Fragments of an Untold story.., The Transient Effects of Light on Water on a 12", and Kairos on a 10” or 12”.

Wow this is REALLY good. Have been listening regularly over the past few days.
