Anyone who didn't send as a gift shouldn't even be worried about getting a refund sent by him. Let paypal do their thing. They side with the buyer 99% of the time even when the seller isn't in the wrong. If you sent as a gift, contact paypal as well, but keep trying to get him to send a refund whatever method he might send it. Agreed with all the frustration with No Sleep recently. I mean, even if it is delayed and there isn't a set date yet, a simple "sorry, this product has been delayed a while and we will let you know as soon as we have a definite date" email goes a long way. Any delay I have experienced with any other label has been communicated before the initial release date has come and gone, yet this was meant to be released December 18th and still no word.

It's hard to feel empathetic towards someone who lashes out on others. Sorry for your loss?

Numerous people here have told you how to go about getting your money back. If you don't help take their advice & apply it, then I think you need to re-evaluate who you are calling an "idiot".

I completely understand how frustrating it can be when you're under the belief that you're going to receive the records you've purchased and then you dont, however, you've gotten closure now. You know you aren't going to get these LP's, so instead of continually bitching about it, be proactive and call your credit card company/bank and put in a claim & try to get your money back Simple as that.

Highly recommend starting with "County Line" or "Black River Gospel" Not a huge fan of picture discs, but this record is way too good to pass up. It actually came out over a year ago. For about 3 months i thought the new Todd Terje record was just this super chill collection of instrumentals. Moving it up to 45rpm was like getting a new record. or a 2 for 1!

I went to mad decent block party and that was one of the worst shows I've ever been to (might be because the venue had seats and no open floor). But they didn't announce who was sitting behind their laptop and almost everyone used the same songs in their mixes. Granted I only went for chance the rapper and he ended up not performing. Idk...if you need drugs for something to be enjoyable then that's sad :/ I seen Steve Aoki with Kendrick Lamar once. Had no idea who Steve Aoki was but that was a cool show.. Mainly because all the random sluts that came up to me. 99.9% of them I could taste molly on. Lol. So I guess I can see why dudes want to go to these types of shows hahaha
