The shirt option is the best vinyl (So far) IMO. I just don't want to order it with a shirt I'll hardly wear when the possibility of a just a good variant shows up in like three weeks.

I finally got around to listening to the new GUNSHIP and my god that album is absolutely incredible. I didn't think they would top their last release but i think they did.

They tweeted that they would indeed have some on tour.

As someone who was just offered a 5% refund on $700 worth of trashed box sets (shipped with zero padding or protection, cases torn and ripped apart, records seem OK) from MusicVaultz AND told that they were doing me a favor by giving me a higher percentage than they normally offer, I'm of two minds. On one hand, that 20% refund is astronomically higher than MusicVaultz offers! What a deal! On the other, less sarcastic hand, we gotta send this stuff back and make the labels/companies eat that $$$. You can't do these kinds of things and have the consequence be slightly less of a decent profit. The consequence should be that you lose $$$ if you don't deliver what you advertise.

Probably due to Dan doing full scale offerings (lathes and band merch) instead of just focusing on releasing albums for the signed bands. Adding more services is great, but you have to add manpower at the same time to keep up with the level of quality.

To me Burials is pretty good and Blood Album is better. Both shift back towards StS era sounds while staying in their lanes.

I think it depends on how greedy they're feeling about a particular release – so don't quote me across the board – but some of their recent exclusives have been the most reasonably priced they've ever been. You're (I'm) still a chump for caving in, when it happens, but I haven't seen a $35 PPD single LP from them in a bit. Would be nice if that was a trend that continued.

I don't see how loving the record changes the fact that you paid wayyyyy more than you should for a barebones press of an album. and if your argument is that you got a record you love for $50, then what makes you different than someone who paid $100 for a record they love? you both paid more than you should for a barebones press of the record you love. you being a dick to those who paid $100 makes it clear you are missing the point.
