Since a lot of sellers (myself included) usually don't post every bit of info on a listing, like the serial number. And asking for a price and finding a buyer who'll pay that is a whole other ballgame. And that's for a different discussion...

Bumping this because the album is the shizz and the vinyl sounds stellar.

I went to the grocery store with my brother tonight. As we were going through an aisle, there were two kids huddled around a phone. One of the kids said "Where is he? I know he's around here somewhere." As we walked past, we kind of laughed and the parents asked if we played too. I said yes and the dad turned to the kids and said, sorry kids, I think these guys caught the Pokemon already. The two kids let out a collective "awwwwwwwwwwwww, I wanted that one!" A minute later we were a couple isles over and heard them cheering when they finally found the one they were looking for. I'm glad things worked out for them.

Since these types of threads keep popping up like weeds- First thing is first, new users, check http://www.discogs.com first! 9 times out of 10 you can find more precise and accurate information there. Can't identify an album? Look for a serial number on the jacket or for one etched into the record towards the label. Curious as to what a record is worth? We probably have no idea here. Seriously. The value of any record is determined by the after market. What might be worth $300 to a dude in Nova Scotia might be found in every $.10 thrift store record bin here in the US. If this information can't be found on Discogs or eBay then you're kind of out of luck.

Yeah they've done that to me. I ordered a couple LPs. Waited a couple weeks. Asked why my stuff had not been shipped. Was told they were working on a couple items to come in. Followed up 2 weeks later and was told "We don't know when we will get the items back in stock b/c they've been sold out for months." So they were still selling items that supposedly had been sold out for months and seemed upset that I was asking when I could expect my order. I just canceled it and have never ordered from them again.

Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh!!!! Lowtide has repressed their phenomenal debut S/T in Translucent Red - only 100 copies - and if your in AUS, order off their bandcamp, o/w Rough Trade is distributing them. Their first press was /300 Black and $$$ due to shipping. The total came to less than $25ppd to the US, because Rough Trade 1. takes the VAT out 2. the GBP is <1.30 due to Brexit, and 3. RT has decent shipping prices to the US. I hesitated on the first press, because of shipping $$$ from AUS, but later ended up finding a lonecopy in a Japanese record shop online with incredible shipping, (page 4 on Google search!), but I couldn't help getting this 2nd press as a backup. I couldn't afford to fly Alligatordogtaco back to AUS to pick up this repress (thanks for picking up the Julia/Spring 7" Jonathan!) SRC is the absolute worst.

In my experience popmarket is good for it. Not like src where they sell you a record on discount and then let your order sit for weeks before telling you they oversold.

Love it. I'm also going to come in here and tell you guys every time I get something I'm stoked about. Hatched a Ponyta tonight! (5k egg) I pulled a Rooks and went for an extra walk...except mine ended up being like a mile and a half instead of twice around the block.

Ya the show was decent. Had some strong points, but the music? It fit the show but I seriously cant imagine wanting to ever listen to it.

Have you seen it? I think it's a wonderful miniseries filled with memorable characters, surrealism, beautiful art direction, fantastic music, clever and bizarre writing and a surprisingly poignant and dark finale that re-contextualizes everything you've seen up until that point. Doesn't really get more hype-worthy than that for a 10-part mini series with 10 minute episodes.

Oh, Brand New... They stuck this on the cover before it got shrink wrapped to make sure you see it. Other side is just the lyrics to the song. They also put the words "Never Finished" on the download card, in incredibly small text and partially covered up with a picture of the flower covered mic stand they have on tour. AND the circle on the cover can be peeled off to reveal a star formation. Pretty well done release.

Considering how much they are charging for these HT exclusive variants you should definitely try and get a refund/replacement. Its a damaged product, their fault. Especially with a split spine

Saw them play with Mamiffer on sunday. What a wonderful and crushing experience. Sumac played a 70min set comprising songs from albums. I was hoping to get some insight on what the hell is going on on these albums, but I guess I'm more bedazzled than I was beforehand. Either way, excellent show. Mamiffer topped it all for me, though. So delicate and wondrous, they played almost all of The World Unseen with a very pregnant Faith Coloccia stealing all the bearded men's show. I could have gone all out on the merch table (Mamiffer had brought eight different LPs!), but went with World Unseen and a shirt. Go see them if you get the chance.

103 in the pic of vinyl alone. Since then I've gotten about 10 more releases, partially due to the new 7" release. Took me about 4 hours for the whole process with a bit of help from my gf. I didn't line them up perfect but it worked. Thank you.
