So I'm sure some of you know that I work at Oldies.com, well customer service isn't exactly what I want to do with my life (I'm a psych grad student after all). Anyways I just got a new job working with adults with intelectual disablities. I'm really excited about it and cannot wait to start!

i hate people who do shit like this, because i've been on the receiving end of thrown bottles, food wrappers, water splashes, and sudden yells (to make you flinch) while I stand waiting for the bus. karma got back at a few guys for me once. i was standing waiting for the bus, and some dude yelled at me, as to scare me. i just looked with a "wtf" glare and as they laughed, the driver didnt see they had a red and ran into the truck in front of them. i couldn't stop laughing because while their car was totaled, the dudes truck (which had a full metal bumper) had a few scratches. i just got on my bus and left.

Well now I know where the money for the photo booth, the wax mold making machine and all the other amusement rides is coming from that they are going to be adding to the third man store. I'm so glad I'm not a mark for them and their gimmicky 300 dollar upper deckers and their zeus lighting hammer bolts. The anxiety of trying to get all that shit would lead me to die an early death. That being said, this thread has become one of the most interesting on the board. It is like watching a science experiment.

I got my replacement today, when I opened it the C/D side was in the A/B sleeve and I almost shit myself thinking that they sent me another C/D C/D thankfully the A/B was in the second part of the sleeve. So happy to own this!

This is one of the best sounding vinyl I have in my collection. Everything sounds so clean yet so heavy and deep. I am so happy with this. Damn shame some can't enjoy this.

Good to know apirk. I actually got a Sea of Cowards split, first thing I've been able to snag so far. Which is sort of karmic in a sense, that was the reason I got up at 3:30am and drove to the RRS in MA only to learn they sold them all the night prior. So, if I don't get anything else, I'm still pretty happy.

I have a YAQIN 100-B amp, and a YAQIN 22-B phono pre amp, both tube. My turntable is a REGA RP6 with a GOLDRING 1042 cartridge. That's SIAMESE DREAM (original press) spinning on it in the pic. I will say this...Having only listened to side 1 of the first LP...The first two tracks sounded great. Midway through the 3rd track I Was feeling the crunch. By the end of ZERO, it was pointless for me to keep it since there is another option... I just went ahead and bought the original MELLON 3LP off eBay. No more reissue problems for me.

Of course it doesn't mean analog automatically sounds better than digital...When there's a manufacturing error it can sound worse. Same with digital. But it has the capacity to sound better. And I don't have 4000k cds. I have 4000 lps. And yes, my setup is cool. And Billy didn't master the LPs, so he isn't the one who would be calling me. But maybe someone should. And I don't know if my dick is bigger than yours, but my hearing is obviously better.
