Well that lasted like ten seconds. I'm in love with this new single. I don't feel confident enough to preorder right now but judging by the aftermarket prices of the early bird LP2, I shouldn't have too hard a time getting one later if I want it.

If Polyvinyl could release an Early Bird edition with 1 pink and 1 blue LP at 45 RPM, and for something closer to $28 or so, that would be pretty swell.

VMP customer service is the best around. They won't even ask for pictures, they'll automatically dispatch a new one to your address.

After listening to the single I was tempted to go buy back for a bundle with the splatter n hoody and offer you my stand alone splatter but alas its gone off the page entirely.

Seems they were listening to alot of Slowdive in the process of writing. Almost seems like a emo-gaze or a "dreamo" track. Copyright pending.

Ordered the pink based on this track. I'm one of the folks who thought the LP2 vocals were sitting on top of the mix like oil on water but this single sounds great to me. Listened to that record maybe 3 times after it came out then never picked it up again. LP1 came out when I was in college so it's not just a case of Millennials Are Killing the Emo Revival Industry... just never really absorbed LP2 I guess.

You Might Be The Killer - Real fun self-aware horror comedy. Highly recommended. Mercy Christmas - This was bad and not fun. All the Creatures Were Stirring - This was bad, but very fun. Would be a good group / half watching movie. Into the Dark : Pooka - Another solid entry into the series. I'm not quite sure I grasp the timeline, but I'm not sure if that's on me or the movie. Tumbbad - Dark fantasy / horror. Kind of reminded me of something Del Toro would've made earlier in his career. The second chapter draaaaags though. Knife+Heart - Not a through and through horror movie, but it's got a slasher character that drives the plot. Thought it was a good watch. Assassination Nation - This movie won't win any awards for subtly, but it was a blast to watch. Has a Purge-type vibe in parts. Definitely recommend this one.

Digging the new song... thought I was listening to The Mercury Program for a bit there. I'm excited for this new release. Might be heresy to some, but I sorta prefer LP2 to LP1.

Got this in today 29/500. Sounds pretty great. Plays at 45 rpm. Always skeptical about underground releases after the Spooky Black album that was pressed a while back. Very mild surface noise and haven't heard any pops or sibilance so I can't complain. Only cons about this release is the shitty quality artwork and labels are the same on both sides.

Given enough time, you'll see that everyone's a dick...

I just started the Witcher series a couple weeks ago, almost done with the first book. I've never played the game but I'm a huge D&D nerd needing a good multi-book fantasy realm to dive into and monster-killin' is right up my alley. The short stories aspect of this book make it a nice nightly chapter, but as fragmented as it feels for an introduction to the character, I'm getting hooked. I'll at the very least get the second book. I'm not sure if it's the translation of it or if it'd be similar in Polish, but it's pretty quick reading. I dig it. My brain certainly doesn't have to work as hard as reading all the HP Lovecraft I've been immersing in the last few months!
