Same here. I have needed new ones for a while, probably 3 years or more since my last eye exam, but they somehow keep getting pushed back in priority. My prescription hasn't changed that much honestly, but the anti reflective is pealing in 3 places on my left lens so I constantly think they are dirty on one side

Curious to hear how throughbeingcruel feels about this thread in general. I'm not arguing that owning 2 or 20+ copies of one album is unnecessary, by definition of the word. But considering how bonkers the community gets over variants and limited releases, I think it's a little insulting to label variant fever as an obsessive compulsive order – if not solely to the people who actually suffer from that. Just a friendly reminder that that's a legitimate disorder and not just cute slang for wanting to own colored wax or being particular about the way your desk is arranged.

I'm working on Mafia 3, TellTale Batman, Battleborn, ReCore, RE4-6 (replaying 4&5), TellTale Walking Dead (replay to refresh memory for season 3), Gears of War 4, and I haven't unwrapped the Prototype Biohazard Bundle. I'm trying to finish up what I can to trade in towards RE7 and South Park though.

I bought my glasses from Felix Gray and they were about $100. The big downside is they don't offer prescription yet but since I'm near sided, it's not a problem. Charlie has a different brand but I don't remember where he said he got them. They do make a big difference if you're on the computer a lot.

They were my first. Nimrod tour on November 14th, 1997 at the Electric Factory in Philadelphia. Will never forget this show.

If anyone is looking for cheap 7" storage to hold a small collection, AC Moore/Michaels sell these wooden boxes for 5x7 photos. They're usually ~$15 or even less on promotion. Just toss the lid and paint the box whatever color you want. I would recommend the AC Moore version as the Michaels version is a bit snug. Also, the AC Moore version can hold 10" records on the long side.

Any of you internet-savvy capable of finding a discount code to run with Fire Records? New Noveller coming out and on bandcamp there's space left to enter a discount code. Seems pretty stupid to message someone that says they're not going to pay market price for something, and offer them market price. Why offer at all then? Also, I don't believe the prices on Discogs are the actual market. Only one has sold. Everyone else is inflating.

I'm kind of confused by the reactions. People put way to much emphasis on hype and anticipation and how something is supposed to sound. If you liked the first two albums you will like this one approximately the same amount. I really liked the first two and I really like this one. Three albums (plus both of their pre RTJ output) is not a fluke. Anyone expecting this album to be "better" than the first two is on some hocus pocus shit because the ceiling has already been set so high. On the other side the album of the millennium hyperbole only perpetuates the expectations. If this is album of the... where do the first two fit in. Co-co-albums-of-eternity. The twilight zone sample is dope.

The (very impressive) new single can be heard here. Saw these guys on tour with Typhoon a few weeks ago and was blown away. For a young band they definitely know what they're doing. Really looking forward to hearing the rest of this album.

Just finished listening and I dig it. Not album of the year material, but a totally solid debut. Planning on picking up the record when I see them in Asheville next month.

kinda neat; probably won't buy the album, but i'll keep an eye out for these guys when they're at the 506 in july.
