  1. Indecision Records just decided to put out some pretty cool releases. As I don't think there will be a ton of interest on VC in either of these to start, making a coverall thread for the label seemed appropriate. Plus a label like Indecision deserves their own thread anyways. Nineironspitfire - Seventh Soul Sacrificed- 12" 25 years ago we released a 7” from Seattle’s Nineironspitfire. To mark the anniversary we are pressing that EP along with their original demo onto 12”. 3/4 of Undertow pressed on Brown vinyl and limited to just 199 copies. One time pressing. Available on our webstore tomorrow. Featuring John Pettibone (Undertow, Himsa, Heriess) on vocals. https://www.indecisionrecords.com/products/621811-nineironspitfire-seventh-soul-sacrificed Digh Down - Lathe Cut 7" In 1994 Indecision was planning a record from Seattle's Digh Down, it would have been the first 12" release for the label. Unfortunately that project never came to fruition. The band's lone 1993 track on Excursion Records' Universal Choking Sign compilation would end up being their total recorded output. With that compilation now long out-of-press, we are releasing that track by itself on 100 limited lathe-cut EPs. Records will hopefully be ready to ship out within the next two weeks and the track will be available everywhere digitally at the end of next week. Digh Down was compromised of Mark and Ryan from Undertow, Eric from Dempsey, Dave from Excursion Records and Ron Guardipee of Brotherhood. We are extremely excited about this project as we finally get to cement two of our great friends, Dave and Ron, into the Indecision catalog for eternity. Ron was an early supporter of Indecision, dating back to our beginnings as a fanzine and it means a lot for us to be releasing this. Ron passed in 2019 and words can't sufficiently describe the impact of that loss, he is forever missed. https://www.indecisionrecords.com/products/692598-digh-down-another-chance-lathe-cut

  2. But it's LIMITED. Instant collectible. This will probably be worth AT LEAST $12 in 20 years.

  4. To clarify in case I made it confusing earlier: the track listing for SUK is the same as the OG pressing, the only difference is the artwork, the variants and the vinyl master. The vinyl master is the same as the versions that we sold in Boston and LA (because these are all part of this new, second pressing), there aren’t any new tunes or live tunes on this EP. Yes, if you’re doing the math, we have indeed been sitting on these records for more than a year now. Haha Sorry if I fumbled that one!

  5. Sorry to do this to ya! It’s been OOP for sooooo long and so many people have been missing out. I’m so happy the band is finally ready for a repress and we can get it back in print. My hope is to keep it in print going forward, so if you’re in it for the long haul, prepare for several more variants! Side note: this new pressing (which includes the “live show” versions from last year) have a brand new vinyl master. I think they sound better than the OG!

  7. I did this exact dance when I bought the first ETR repress ages ago, so I sold it. Now I have this ordered. Nostalgia is a fuckin’ disease. It does hold up - it’s a technical masterpiece IMO. But it’s going to be hard to play it with my two kids under 4 around...

  8. Can't we just post pictures of us with our dicks inside of a large 7" hole, and then let people swipe right or left? I'm into it.

  9. I can't wait to spin this and immediately regret purchasing it because I was chasing youth and nostalgia and not the actual album lol

  10. For anyone looking at their catalog for the first time, make sure you pick up the Count Me Out and Suicide File records that are all back in print. The Unbroken Discography is also a must.

    All Things Slow Crush

Bought some Slow Crush records from Hello Merch. LPs shipped outside of jackets in a poly lined inner sleeve within a plastic outer sleeve. Happy to see this level of effort!

  14. Oh, I didn't mean apply both, just meant it is an alternative. If the first record you're buying for the BOGO offer is relatively expensive, could be more savings with a flat 20% off.

  15. NOFX has always done cash grabby stuff. BECASUE WE'RE ALL SUCKERS AND KEEP BUYING IT! I bought yet another live NOFX record (Decline) Grabbed the Cokie album even though I don't really care for it and will never listen to it. Hell every Gimmie Gimmies record has been a cash grab in my opinion. Bought the cover split with Frank Turner, even though we already did that with Rancid. I'm not even sure what's on this "Singles LP" and I bought the stand alone color LP and the shirt bundle. Chabad Religion is where I drew the line. I passed on that one. Maybe it's somebodies thing, but as someone who can't speak a word of Hebrew it sure wasn't mine lol.

  17. I got two emails from the official store. One had the subject "refund notification", and the other was a longer response from customer service to my original cancellation request.

  18. Staughton had a COVID outbreak a few weeks back and shut down for the second half of Jan and the first half of Feb. sounds like this is because of them.

  19. Not just VMP, this is what the band sent out for their copies: "Hello, Thank you for your recent purchase from the Fleet Foxes Online Store. The physical release of Fleet Foxes’ ‘Shore’ has been delayed to March 19th. Due to a COVID-19 outbreak at the printing plant in LA, a significant portion of the vinyl and CD production has temporarily halted. We are working closely with them and all partners to get ‘Shore’ to your doorstep as quickly as we can. We hope for a quick recovery for all and thank you for your patience. Looking towards March, we invite you to join Fleet Foxes’ Robin Pecknold for a mini solo set to commemorate the physical release of ‘Shore.’ The performance will stream via NoonChorus on Wednesday, March 24th at 6pm PT / 9pm ET. To get your free ticket in, fill out the form here: If you have any questions or concerns, please let us know. Thank you, Customer Service Fleet Foxes Online Store"

  20. I hope to one day do the covers EP and Dusted! They’ve been lower priority over new music and SUK, though.

  21. Totally, and at first I was thinking this is such a weird sound for Saddle Creek. Thinking back though I remember some pretty Angsty McAngstypants moments through the early Cursive catalog, and even Conor has been know to belt it out (a la Desaparecidos). Here's to hoping the walls in your place survive the full album!

  22. I haven’t listened to a foo fighters album in 15 years and I know this opinion is stupid 🤷‍♂️

  26. I understand that and don't have a problem with it. But, as mentioned here and elsewhere, when there are 30+ new songs out there and we get an album that isn't really new, just seems....lazy and a little cash grabby. PS I bought two copies of the album...

  28. Cash grab? Try not being able to work (tour) for over a year and still have bills to pay.

  29. Exactly why I dug the song so much too. Through the first third I was like yeah I can vibe to this and then I just had to punch a hole through a wall Kyle style by the end. Hell yeah haha

  30. I only had Ride The Lightning to compare too. They sounded similar to me except my Walmart version had some clicking during Fade to Black which was a pressing defect. Of course I couldn't get a replacement to see if it was any better but I haven't see any others complaining about it so it must be an isolated problem.

  31. No, it’s my opinion, which is the album sucks. I’m not going to waste my time listening to hot garbage.

    Virus Popups on Mobile Site

Yeah it’s been happening to me on both mobile and desktop for the past month or so. It’s pretty obnoxious. Luckily I’m usually just working on something from home. So whenever it happens it’s just a quick whacking and then back to business as usual.

  37. I want the nineironspitfire record pretty bad, but their shop doesn't have New Zealand as a shipling option and they haven't replied to my email :s

  38. I always miss record store day. I was really, REALLY gonna do it last year, but then the lockdowns happened. I refuse to go into any store with a mask on, but I'll give it a shot this year and, hopefully, sanity will have returned to the brick and mortar retail world - and I'll be able to participate in RSD.
