I'm on episode 4 of Midnight Mass. Couldn't figure out if I liked it or where it was going after the first two episodes but it really picked up at the third. Glad I stuck with it! I'm hoping to finish it off this week. Need to catch up on new Creepshow episodes too.

I've really liked the two Midnight Mass episodes I've seen. I don't like watching more than 1 episode of anything a day, so it'll probably take me the rest of the week to finish it, but I'm pretty excited for the next ep. The desolate seatown is a nice change from the big houses of Bly/Hill House. Small aside, the sound design really messes with my dog, especially the bird sounds. He normally doesn't register TV at all, but this seems to get his attention.

I think this will most likely end up being Jungle Jack's best match to date. He's one of the guys all these top guys are coming in wanting to work with, so I'm sure the next year or so will be a game changer for him. And obviously Adam Cole is awesome.

That's a frustrating number. 280 copies would probably go quick anyway, but 4 variants means some people are going to be buying one of each.

I guess you could say this re-press is as unnecessary as your comment.

Boxes are the worst part of box sets, especially oversized ones with a big lid/flap. They certainly look cool and it's neat how to see a specific artist/album encapsulated in a nice package, but they're annoying to retrieve records from especially if you're listening to the whole thing. And be honest, you're not listening to the whole MxPx box set at once, unless you have really want your day to gradually get more mediocre over the course of 8 hours.

So just because it comes in a box that contains 1/2 records that have been out of print for 20 years, the only part you want, from band you haven’t cared about in as long, you’re supposed to keep everything together because of prosperity to... what... the concept of the “box set” or the band? Because you have this asinine idea that a things should be right and good the way they come? If it was a band I actually cared about and liked even 2/3 of their, intensive, catalog, that’s another story. But this is better than spending more money and having a clunky box filled with 5 records that I’m not even going to touch, outside of deshrinking to check out the colors.
