Hey Mike Almquist from mewithoutYou here. If you have damaged or missing parts, just contact [email protected] and I will help you try and get replacements. Unfortunately the plant seems to have taken less care than we would have. We've only had about 8 or 9 people hit us up so far. We should have enough overprinting resources to cover everyone. Hopefully this problem isn't too widespread, but we want people to be happy with the product they paid $50 + shipping for. Not much I can do abou the missing Dorothy lyrics though.7 points -

First and foremost, fuck you. This has been a place that I have enjoyed for years until the last year or so. That's when the newbz started to come in, rack up 13,000 posts and think they run the fucking place. This whole flipping discussion can fuck off. THIS IS A COLLECTORS FORUM - GET THE FUCK OVER IT. IN COLLECTING, THERE'S FLIPPING. Im fucking sick of hearing it. (im looking at you museummouth) When this place was in its prime, anything went (im looking at you parkinglot). I was part of the proboards era. All of you new jacks dont know what the fuck this place used to be in it's glory. You folks have ruined VC. EVERYTHING IS TOO EXPENSIVE. OH NO A CORNER DING! DOES THAT CORNER DING HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THE WAY YOUR RECORD SOUNDS? NO. THIS ISNT A FUCKING ART FORUM. Why do you think great members have left? TL;DR lighten the fuck up, listen to your records and enjoy life. Oh. and this "pop punk " that you just think is great, is a fucking joke. Go listen to Teen Idols.2 points -

According to the band manager on Reddit, "There is a very specific reason why its on there. The track has an internal name but you can just call it Guitar Instrumental." Someone on Reddit made an interesting observation, "I love it. It's very reminiscent of a previous album track. Since Aaron writes the lyrics, we hear him dealing with the death of his father throughout the album whereas Mike doesn't have the same platform. I see this as Mike's way of working through similar emotions musically."2 points

With all the stupid releases coming out why are we singling out soundtracks? When having to choose between a soundtrack that hasnt been pressed before or Rock Me Amadeus on a 7" for $11, you choose to get upset over the soundtrack? Do we really need all the 80's represses for $25 that are already lining dollar bins?2 points -

Thanks a lot Denovali www.denovali.com/store www.denovali.com/mp3store BERSARIN QUARTETT – III Cd | 2x12'' | DIGITAL After his successfull selftitled debut in 2008 and the sophomore "II" in 2012 - album of the month in many magazines and in numerous "Best of the year" lists - Bücker returns with his third Bersarin Quartett album "III", due for release 6.11.2015 on Denovali Records. Much like his two predecessors, III is a pure paradox. It is the creation of a perfectionist, an adamant control freak. Every element, be it a note, an ambience layer, a string arrangement, a field recording, a baseline, a vocal (Clara Hill on Track 11) or a beat, is meticulously modified and then assigned its place in Bücker's vast but still minimalistic arrangements. Thus, superficially Bücker's pieces seem to radiate a certain mechanical bleakness. However, there is a unique reduced warmth and liveliness emerging from these stainless compositions and transcending them. This transcendence is precisely the point where Bücker ironically looses control over his creations. In contrast to the first two Bersarin Quartett albums, III offers a few darker shades and succeeds even further in narrowing down the arrangements to the absolute essentials without loosing the characteristic grandeur of Bücker's sound. Whereas Bersarin Quartett's debut was merely a description of melancholia in its most pure form, III maybe even goes as far a defining what melancholia really is. It is the only emotion in the vast spectrum of human states of mind which one can bear forever. Stream: www.denovali.com/bersarinquartett Download: www.denovali.com/mp3store Facebook: www.facebook.com/bersarinquartett Vinyl ::: Thick gatefold sleeves + 180g vinyl ::: download code ::: limited edition: 250 x white vinyl ::: price: 22.00 Euro Cd ::: nice digipack sleeves ::: price: 13.00 Euro SUBHEIM – FORAY Cd | 12'' | DIGITAL Subheim's third album, Foray, is not for the faint-hearted. An attentively crafted LP with emphasis upon clarity and enveloping warmth, Foray is driven by a progressive subtlety, yet supported by an underbelly of sometimes forlorn, and at other times, disturbing emotion. Moving away from the orchestral ensembles and soundtrack explorations of his second album, Subheim pursues a more minimal approach, taking a much darker turn to deep ambient textures blended with the added realism of field recordings. (...) Foray is an urban album for winter listening, for loners and for night walks; for immersing oneself in melancholic thought and travelling through uninhabited barren landscapes. There is an underlying and disconcertingly familiar warmth crawling beneath its skin, pulling you forward into its musical arms, yet taking you to a place you'd rather not be. Subheim has created an emotionally charged selection of works: driven, distant and constantly thought-provoking. Stream: www.denovali.com/subheim Download: www.denovali.com/mp3store Facebook: www.facebook.com/subheimmusic Vinyl ::: Thick sleeves + thick printed inner sleeves + 180g vinyl ::: download code ::: limited edition: 150 x clear gold vinyl ::: price: 17.00 Euro Cd ::: nice digipack sleeves ::: price: 13.00 Euro SAFFRONKEIRA – SYNECDOCHE Cd | 2x12'' | DIGITAL Saffronkeira's previous album "Cause and Effect" constituted the first ever collaboration work of Caria and resulted from a close and unique joint work with trumpeter Mario Massa. Synecdoche picks up this collaboration idea, but this time features collaboration with various different artists, namely Mia Zabelka and Siavash Amini & Idlefon, as well as the Denovali artists Field Rotation, Sebastian Plano, Subheim and Witxes. Mixed and mastered by Alex Gámez at Störung Studio, Synecdoche brings Saffronkeira's distinct electronic sound to a next level which is further perfected by the individual and fascinatingly diverse collaborations.
