Although this has not officially been announced yet, ETR will have a domestic pressing of "Korn" on Black Friday , on 2xlp with etched d side & gatefold jacket . We will be announcing more details on our pressing soon but before you pay import prices wanted to give the VC board a heads up. Our pressing will be 1500 pressed on black for indie retail stores & 500 on clear sold online I do not want this to be public info yet so anyone who may work for a news website...PLEASE do not post about this yet, BF is very strict about when things can and cannot be officially announced

Am I the only one here who doesn't expect/want any sexual contact to arise on first/early dates? It seems like a lot of you guys just go for it, but honestly, if I go on a date with a girl and she's throwing herself all over me, it's a huge turn off. I have a "date" type thing tomorrow, and I'll probably give her a hug when I drop her off at home after. That's it. I mean, I've also never had a one night stand, or hooked up with a random girl at a party/bar, so I guess that kind of sums me up.

For at least half of these, you should probably turn to eBay if those are the prices you're expecting (plus shipping). ACB usually goes for around $40 and I got my Hawkboy for $21 shipped not too long ago. Your TDAGARIM and Circas are about normal though I believe. Just letting you know and warning you to expect a likely onslaught of cyber assault. EDIT: Best of luck on getting the ring, though.

Thought it was just the "Mondo" thread.

I am really happy to see that other people are excited for these.. As I said earlier without KoRn I don't think I ever get into music in the sense that I am now.. I remember hearing "Got The Life" on TRL when I was in 6th grade and going out to my local store to pick up Follow the Leader... a week or so later I bought the first two albums and there was a certain magic to going home and exploring the bands earlier work on my Sony Discman... When Issues came out I preordered it from my local store and got it a day early I got the standard cover and soon after bought the jail cover... I promise I'll stop going on and on in this thread about how much I love this band, but I feel it would be an injustice to not put it out there that the new album is worth a listen as it's very similar in style to their old stuff. Saw them about a year or so ago and they still put on a bad ass metal show.

Definitely in for Issues, and maybe the first one. It's crazy how important Korn was to me at one point in my life.

This album reminds me of staying at my dad's house in Denver. I would listen to music in the shower and all they had was a burned cd of this album and an older boom box. After the 2 weeks I was there, I definitely knew this album front to back.

Any band who uses the following genre tags: - 'experimental' - 'minimalist' - 'noise' as an excuse to sound like utter garbage. That's not a comparison to the Butch Vig band. There are great bands who are actually experimental and/or minimalist and/or noise, so quit frontin'.

The customer service from CYLS and Topshelf is seriously some of the best (most of the time at least...). Easily my favorite labels by far.

BMT is going to be a double. We initially went with the single LP as previously pressed. However there is a 25 minute side (give or take cant remember exact) and it sounded like crap. We actually tried two or three times and the tests did not justify the release. So we switched to a double. We were supplied with 24 bit audio and wanted to do it justice. Having said that, those who subscribed got this release at the cost of a single LP.

I think King is going to go ahead and use Bill Me Later to secure 4 copies before they're at risk of selling out, and then sort out payments later. So if one of the other two guys flake, you'll already have a copy lined up and secured. I checked the vinyl prices in the Euro store at Superball. Not only do they ship to the U.S., but it comes out to $36 PPD – just like the blue copies do. So long as they're priced similarly to what's in stock right now, I'd say you can expect that same figure for the red Fair Youths.

That could have happened at any point in the manufacturing/shipping process. You can't blame it on the record and sleeve being outside the jacket during shipping. You pretty much can always blame split seams on the record being shipped inside the jacket though.
