Mondo would throw in the colored version randomly. No Sleep would give you three different options and then just repress when they run out. Hot Topic would give you one version and $50 international shipping. The point is, I would have preferred it differently myself, but I will reserve the hate for when a label either presses a popular release in too small a quantity or doesn't press it at all. If you want something limited that few people will have, feel free to grab the original pressing from ebay.

You need an amp and preamp, or an integrated amp to make most record players function with speakers. Donno about MN groups... Head in to a local (independent if possible) record shop, maybe take your TT with you, and ask them what you should do. Many actually sell what you'd need. Either that, or for the time being go snag an integrated amp, or a receiver with one built in from a thrift store. Make sure it has a "phono" input. Edit: Weird that I'm the one giving a real answer. You caught me in a good mood.

I help run the company that reproduced these and having been the guy that printed and cut each set i can confidently tell you these prints are absolutely incredible looking in person. Jeremy at TRL and Pat Perry (the artist) were both awesome to work with on making this project a reality. Two different kids play Abel and combined they still can't even say a line correctly. Get better actors or don't have then speak. Ugh. And holy dick, the music, the fucking music is so bad. Where do they find all these shitty covers and Mexican rap music? Plus why does Katy Sagal sing all the time? Yeah, she is married to Sutter, but does that mean you have to have her cover songs in every episode. I already hate Gemma enough, I don't need to hear her sing. I remember the pilot having awesome music like Maylene and the Sons of Disaster and TheBlack Keys. What happened to that? I really don't like this season. It's just Juice being a pussy, small shitty side stories, Gemma being a bitch as always, Jax falling down a dark hole, accompanied by shitty music. Fuck. It sucks cause I love this show. I just don't understand what has happened with the writing for this last season. Gemma set all this in motion. At this point, I just want her to die. If Jax kills her, that will make up for most of the suck.

This album is still awesome and both the splatter and the pic disc arrived in perfect shape. That said, I'm really bummed to hear about those who ended up with shitty copies through the mail and the lack of response from Infinite Merch to rectify the problems. For a band that very clearly cares about its fan base, it's bewildering that they stick with a merch company that screws the fans over every chance it gets. I'm curious where the miscommunication lies.
