My favorite score as a whole is probably The Double Life of Veronique. KeepDoubting, the reason we are causing such a fuss is that the original pressings are very scarce and nearly impossible to track down. We also suspected there wasn't enough demand to warrant represses. This is news out of the blue (heh) that we never saw coming. This is true. You actually told me about this first when I sent you a record a while back. I never pay for tracking anymore. Although at one point a few months ago I was going to this smaller post office so much to the point where the dude knew my name and I always said no tracking so I think he voided the PPID number or something so I stopped going to that one and have been getting it free every time. They still always ask too haha

Ok you don't know what you're talking about. I ship media mail a good bit and I never pay the extra 90 cents for tracking. The PID number on the receipt is and always was traceable on the USPS website. A friend at the post office told me this about 2 years ago

I just noticed pre-orders are up on their official website. "The Shade" EP on Cassette (there's 4 different colors randomly selected, autographed by the band) "Pagans in Vegas" on Limited Edition Clear Vinyl

T&N only retained the rights to August Burns Red and Demon Hunter, sold the rest to EMI/Capitol who have no plans of licensing out for vinyl deals. So unless someone can convince EMI they'll make money off of re-issuing Anberlin albums--most likely via an expensive box set, I think we could be left with the live album releases for Cities and NTFP. Not to be negative or anything but the Cities vinyl was available through T&N's store for at least a year, maybe closer to two years (priced at $14.99) with 1,000 copies pressed...and it took a long time for it to sell. Someone at EMI/Capitol has that data and I bet it doesn't make Anberlin vinyl reissues look very attractive. Just putting that out there.

Not sure if anyone else is as excited about this as I am, but Polish composer Zbigniew Preisner's scores to his collaborations with Krzysztof Kieślowski have all been repressed/pressed for the first time (Dekalog and The Double Life of Veronique). They are up on Amazon.fr and aren't too expensive to ship to the US. I've been trying to track these down for years. Very hard to come by since they were initially only released in Greece of all places. Amazing scores. Check out the Three Colors trilogy if you haven't already. I do like some of their live songs but I feel Stephen's voice waivers a lot when he's singing, or the ways he does his vibrato. I need to listen to them again.

Think I heard it on the radio yesterday and it wasn't bad. I just found the Fantasies CD for $2 at a thrift store that must have had a really good drop off because almost all of Radiohead was there too. "Everybody, everybody just want to play the Wii"
