I would take a bit of umbrage with the assertion that the press praised Hillary during the election. I think the press went out of their way to treat her as critically as they did Trump, sometimes unfairly so (sometimes). There may have been the perception of bias at times, but I would argue that was fed mostly by having to cover a candidate so candid in his hatred for so many. How do you cover a candidate who says a judge overseeing his civil case for being a fraud is against him because he's Mexican, that Mexicans are rapists, that Obama is a secret Kenyan Muslim, (etc. etc. etc., we all know the list) without seeming biased? The guy naturally looks terrible just by covering his exact quotes. I also don't understand his point about how the press now knows how the public should feel.

Just saw XX. It was not super great. It wasn't terrible, but nothing to write home about. I feel like a lot of the plots were super poorly wrapped up and left me feeling confused. I liked something about each story, but I think each one could have been much better had a little more thought been put into the writing. Didn't make it out to Cure for Wellness on Tuesday but a friend said it wasn't great. Can't wait for Get Out on Tuesday! I haven't been this pumped for a movie since Blair Witch which didn't live up to all the hype I built up, so hopefully this one will. Any of you guys every buy movies that have codes to see stuff in the Theater? I've never done it before today. I had a $5 voucher for Best Buy that was going to expire so I needed to buy something this weekend. King Kong was on sale for $7.99 and I noticed it was loaded with features. On my receipt it gave me a personalized code to enter and I get an $8 voucher for Skull Island. Went online here and looked up what theaters around me participate and there's tons. So now I can go see it for free! Pretty pumped! Idk if the deal is exclusive to Best Buy or not but that's where I picked mine up.

Got this in way earlier than expected. Everything about the presentation is ace. Slipway looks extra cool, die-cut cover is massive, and the splatter looks great with the art. Few songs in and I definitely agree with Rambo - gonna be an awesome Spring album.

That's an interesting take. But the issue isn't so much why the administration did it and more that it happened. It's pretty clear it was revenge. That's just not something Im okay with, regardless of the "side" the news organization is on. I think it was wrong for news organizations to demonized Trump during the election - they were obviously doing it for ratings. But it's doubling wrong for a president to deny access to press briefings based on how critical a news outlet is of an administration. And it flies fully in the face of Trumps promise to unify the country. IMO he has done little to nothing to calm the concerns of the majority of voters who cast their ballot to elect his opponent. This is just another in a long line of stunts pulled in the last month to further politically polarize the people.

They're also selling Mumrunner's EP from last year I've really been digging (shoegaze punk...not post-rock). Overseas shipping isn't bad at all. It's only about $7 to ship both records to me. EDIT: Ughhh never mind. Those Terraformer songs are crap. They really know how to make the same song about 20 different times. I dunno where Creatures came from but everything outside of that album is pretty dull from them.

Got a little somethin on my shin last night.

Feeling pretty sore today and potentially going back for a third day on the last day on the convention. Friday I got a spider chick from @rempetattoo on the upper right thigh near the crease at the hip. He hasn't posted a fresh picture yet so here is my crappy image all bruised up from the end of the day after cleaning it up. It looks a lot better in person including the sweet red and purple bruises outlining the legs haha Today I got to meet one of the nicest and most humble tattoo artists in @tonytrustworthy. Had a lot of fun getting this Kid Dynamite inspired torch and am proud to have it as my first visible tattoo.
