I went through all answers and there has been one person, who almost got it (TheComebackKid). The EP I was looking for was Interpol's Fukd ID #3! Unfortunately the plant seems to have taken less care than we would have. We've only had about 8 or 9 people hit us up so far. We should have enough overprinting resources to cover everyone. So let's hear some crazy/weird/funny co-ed stories. I'll start. I was 16 and I randomly added a girl on my best friend(girl)'s Facebook list because I thought she was cute. We start talking and she was really quirky, but nothing crazy, just had a different take on stuff, and was generally just all over the place. She was very musically talented and had a beautiful voice (she would show me videos, haven't met her in person yet). I was digging her so I asked if she wanted to hang out with me and best friend and go to a movie. She was down. Best friend tells me she's really weird, and I figured how weird could someone possibly be, she seems normal enough, so whatever. So I pick her up, and she opens the car door (I wasn't paying attention so didn't see her walk up) and damn, she really is cute, like a total 9/10. Everyone said hi and we were off to go see a movie. Then she started being weird. She had this weird linguistic problem where this white girl who lives in Orange County was talking like she was a chola straight out of East LA. She kept rolling my windows up and down for no reason. Then she brought out a pair of scissors from her pocket and started cutting her hair in my car, super weird, but whatever maybe we'll just hook up or something, she's still hot. So we get to the parking structure and everyone gets out and then I see that she's literally 5 feet tall. Some legal midget shit. I'm kind of taken aback because I'm not a tall dude and he goes up to about my chest. She's 16 or 17 and is the height of a 5th grader, which kind of weird me out because of her childish personality. So we try and sneak into the movie theater cuz no one has money. We were gonna give up, and my date had wandered off, we were about to go in because a door opened up and she said she was gonna go home because her friend was gonna pick her up. I had completely given up at this point so I was like whatever nbd. Later that night she texts me that she regrets not fucking my brains out in the elevator. She sent me some weirdly angled nudes of her spread butt cheeks (10/10 nice butt) and then I just stopped talking to her. Now every so often she'll delete me on Facebook and readd me a months later. This doesn't have to be about ex's specifically, not sure what to call it though.

TBCTY was mislabeled as #2 on the site, its actually #3. #2 is the real mystery.

Those weren't colored vinyl, and there was only 1 variant. Plus, these 5k represses came immediately after RSD runs of /3000 a pop. These will be hard to find for retail after Christmas.

Saw them last night. Picked up some copies for a couple people here. Seems they only put out a handful after every show. The guy was really looking for them, they were on the bottom of the box. They had about 10 left.

Cleaning the record machines is very money and time-consuming. The plant would have to squeeze in empty runs (something like 200-250 units as far as I know) in order to get rid of all residue from the previous pressing. We all know pressing plants are hard to come by these days, so they scoop the cost for an empty run to the client, who then let's the costumer pay extra.

When I saw him he left the stage and came back a few times... Complaining about bad sound. (fair enough) and was visibly put off throughout the whole thing. He substituted the word "fuck" for every word in a few of his songs... Try singing along to his tunes using just the word fuck.. Ha

Good call man. Collecting is fun and I know we're on a vinyl board but everyone needs to know when to give it a break for a bit, myself included. A hobby isn't worth it. Something you want will always pop up online later, even if it is a bit more expensive. Stay safe n keep on spinnin guys xx

We ended up doing the rehearsal at 11 am which gave us enough time to head out to Mill No. 5. Perfect suggestion. I had my girls with me (5 & 8) and there was a Halloween party going on. Allison, Juan, Flood, Danthemjfan, Scott, Niku/Toki (I think they were the same) Kriss from Chicago, Justin Communique, Matt the teacher, the St. Louis dude who was real nice and the smashing pumpkins fan, and even Virgil, until the very end. These were all great people who made the board amazing. Those were the glory days when we would be buying Boys Night Out and Foxy Shazam records from Virgil for $5. I don't ever post anymore and only really use it as a trading/selling forum. Too many kids complaining about bent corners and not getting a tracking number within 24 hours.
