  1. Produced by Ronson. 4 colored variants with no standard black press. 220 gram each.

  2. I look at the first 3 albums like they're from 3 different bands. There's enough differences on each to make them their own thing and each one is good for different reasons. Hell, even Penny Black was good.

  9. I have a few T&N pressings that sound fine but yes for the most part its clearly a money grab w/ them - Disappointing pressing is disappointing. I think I've always liked this album most of theirs

  12. Looks nice but for $45 I think I'm going to stick with my $10 copy without the peel https://us.udiscovermusic.com/products/the-velvet-underground-nico-50th-ann-edition-pink-vinyl

  16. I had these five bumps/marks on the back of my neck a few months ago. I was so scared it was something crazy like bed bugs. The bumps kept getting worse as the weekend progressed. Went to the doctor, and I was diagnosed with shingles at 36. Yay.

  17. This will be a shared exclusive and will be available other places ...that won't require you to spend the night sleeping in line.

  18. I had to look up who that was to get the joke (haven't followed the QOTSA news), but I got a laugh once I got the reference.

  19. Yup! San Diego. Least expensive amount was 24 EURO, haha. It's definitely steep, but SOM never disappoints with their releases, so I'm extremely hopeful it's going to be well worth it. Haha, I'm with you on that man. But I just couldn't resist. Total amount with shipping to San Diego, CA came out to $110.00 USD. Luckily I'm selling some records to make up for the cost. If either of you are interested in the purple splatter boxset, I would make a decision soon. Within hours it was sold out - I then checked yesterday and it was back up and snagged it. Not sure how long they'll be up for.

  20. "SEPTICFLESH are painting an apocalyptic vision and make full use of their impressive musical palette consisting of death metal and orchestral colours on their tenth full-length, 'Codex Omega'. Although the biblical omega marks the end, SEPTICFLESH on the contrary are reaching their current peak with 'Codex Omega', an album that clearly witnesses the Greek visionaries having come to maturity and expert craftsmanship in every sense. SEPTICFLESH are the undisputable masters of symphonic death metal and 'Codex Omega' is the perfect proof for this bold statement." No other information available on that yet. *Grabbed the hell out of the splatter boxset!

  24. Picked up this and Superior. Checked discogs and I'm not as far behind as I thought. Only missing Colicky as far as 12"s and missing 6 of the 7"s. Only missing 5 EOAY 7"s because Bacha Bazi (or whatever) doesn't exist. Kinda funny that "I'm missing 12 releases" is still a pretty respectable collection.

Thanks. I was looking at the exact spray plus some diatomaceous earth. That worked well for a friend of mine. No clue where they came from. My wife started to get tore up bad with welts. One was on her eyelid, which she called "Forest Whitaker eye." She was yelling at me for leaving the door open as she assumed they were from mosquitoes. I tore the bed apart last night and found an adult, plus some exuviae. Seems like a low level infestation, want to try it DIY before shelling out the big bucks. I have not had any sign of bites, but as my wife says "i must be too bitter."

  29. When you're looking to get money to simply pay the bills rather than lining one's pocket, it's not the same thing. And of course colleges and unis are left leaning. Right Wing philosophy is to look out for number one and make as much money as possible...that's not the motivation for becoming a teacher.

  30. Ordered both, plus the new Triumvir Foul. If you guys haven't heard their ST, it is really good if you are into a more death metal sound. I think he can come off very blunt and border line rude at times, but I have been ordering from FE for years with no complaints. I had one issue and it was resolved immediately. I'm psyched about the Lluvia and I agree with Burkyburk, if its just a few noisy spots then I'm really not too concerned. It is black metal.

  32. Nice score, is the Marantz etc what you already have or did all this come together? Also is that Phase labs or Pass labs? If it's Pass labs then find a decent power amp or preferably some mono block power amps to go with it and bask in the high end glory. The Entech is a DAC and if it came with the Planet then the original owner must have used it with it, that said try the Planet on its own as it's on board DAC is pretty good, it's one of the most analogue sounding CD players you will find so the Entech might actually remove some of that particular quality. What are the model numbers of the tape deck and speakers? the tape deck might not be as shitty as you think if it was in with that level of kit.

  34. Just discovered this band, Faces of the Bog. They're described as "psychedelic sludge metal" and I guess I agree. DHU will be releasing this on vinyl soon. Album starts off slow. https://facesofthebog.bandcamp.com/

  35. Playing some Meters today. This cover of what I consider a lame song is infinitely better done by a great band.

  36. They dont do pre orders so you have to wait until its released to order, but juno.co.uk has this for about 22 and some change, their shipping to Canada is like 7 or 8 dollars, same as to US. Highly recommended site, never had issues with them. http://www.juno.co.uk/products/peter-bjorn-john-writers-block-reissue/652262-01/

  37. i was going to post about these guys. SO. GODAMN. GOOD. catchy as hell. i stumbled across them the same day i found the new Dodecahedron record, who i hadn't heard of before but instantly recognized the vocalist from Anaphylactic Shock (they were an awesome black metal/hardcore band about 10+ years ago i listened to in college) so i was stoked to find these guys and even more stoked because this record is also fucking amazing. awesomely unique. these two records have been on non-stop for me the last two weeks. cant suggest them enough. also been listening to Mesarthim because i apparently didn't know i needed 90's synth soundtrack black metal in my life, but i do.

  41. This band kicks ass, loved negative qualities. Apparently the singer's family are gold miners in Alaska or something, and when he's not touring or recording he goes and does that lol
