  8. A year and a half since the release of their debut album, and two member changes later, Sheer are back. With their new EP Psychic Quarry, Sheer embrace a change that finds the band at their most relaxed and inspired. While their debut LP Uneasy introduced the band as one with a kinship for dreamy, reverb-induced soundscapes, Psychic Quarry is a much more catchy, and indie rock-informed affair. The six songs on Psychic Quarry cover a lot of ground – feelings of anxiety and depression, the vulnerability of intimacy, and even the post-election shock many of found ourselves coping with. Psychic Quarry will be released April 28th on vinyl, as well as digitally. 35. Definitely. Nothing but great experiences on my end. I'd love to see some kind of variant that incorporates blue or orange, for this one, but I think it'd also bug me knowing that the rest of their catalog is on black wax. Just want to add this to my incoming list and speed up to May, either way.

  36. Earlier on when he was brand new to the forums, and it was debatable whether or not he was actually trolling... I certainly was. But at this point I'm just stating the facts and trying to keep it real. He'll continue to claim he's "for real" but will then continue to post absurdly, in a fashion that completely negates any chance of anyone taking him seriously. It's a vicious cycle... but it's become such a redundant process that it just feels like clockwork now.

  37. As both a Coheed and a BN fan and having dissected the fan bases from within, I'll definitely with certainty say that BN has the most overzealous and worship-level fans.

  38. Why are you doing this in the first place if you don't want to do any actual legwork to find music to promote Promote your own channel? You didn't even post a link to your channel here. My honest advice is to give up now. You're never going to be Anthony Fantano, and if I were you I'd consider that an unexpected blessing.

  43. Thanks for the orders! Glad you dig it. I'll make sure to hook you up with some of the cooler looking ones and I'll get these bad boys out tomorrow. I keep finding new cool ones and I'm having a hard time not keeping like 20 of them. Haha. Stuff gets buried on this board pretty quickly so I thought it'd make sense to bump. Glad I did! Will continue to bump if anything interesting happens - we're gonna do a full album stream premiere deal in the next couple of weeks (official release date is 3/31) and they have midwest/east coast tour dates coming up in April as well.

  44. Peep Show is one of my favorite shows ever. My girlfriend lives in England, and loves it just as much as me. It's one of the things we first bonded over. Makes tons of different ones so I can buy them all. Man, so many ideas to make pins out of. All the references. Do Mitchell and Webb too so we can get BMX Bandit! Haha. Stoked on this. And please make Jeremy eating from a bucket of chicken like a human horse.
