Finally finsihed my AC/DC Japanese pressing collection when Who Made Who arrived yesterday. Unfortunately, it's not a complete discography since no albums were pressed after Blow Up Your Video. One of the Highway To Hell and Blow Up Your Video dupes are white label promo's.

I disappeared from VC for quite some time, but I'm making my triumphant return, coincidentally as I'm working at UO! maybe I can help y'all out with info and intel that I get from the newsletters they print out every week. I'll def let y'all know when I find out about cool sales and stuff too.

Not sure if this is sarcasm (I assume it is, but will respond in kind ) but I have never made them myself. They often require me going to buy a liquor, bitters, syrup, etc. that I would never use again. So I pass and really don't get any value from them.

myles karr (who has done a bunch of my work) has been doing this rad crazy mashup dice roll game called The Most Dangerous Game...got to go see him and roll some dice a couple months ago and wound up with this crazy tiger nurse. first roll I got the tiger...second roll determines how to modify the design and I got a three-way mashup...next 2 rolls got me a traditional nurse and that bird with the sword and the worm. myles threw them all together and this is what happened haha. he is so weird I fucking love him. here's the video of the whole process and then like a month or so ago I impulsively decided to get this little PBR/Almost People tattoo...inspired by their song Eleventh Beer and decided upon after drinking about eleven beers that day haha

I've had multiple copies of the years. I found two sealed ones at a half price books and only opened one of them. Same for the first Gwen Stacy full-length and Symphony In Peril's "The Whore's Trophy". I've got open and sealed copies of them all from half price books.

It's great, like everything this band does.

I still dig most of their albums except Music For People to be honest. Their debut hasn't aged half as badly as a lot of other early 2000's music I was into back in the day.

The Gorillaz is just one of many expensive LP's in my Discogs wantlist that I keep a constant eye on looking for a good deal or pondering whether I just throw caution to the wind and pay what it takes to own it. I have noticed that Demon Days is one of very few expensive LP's that seems to have a constantly high turnover, way more than any >$150 record which I have watched. While the album is too recent to become an icon in the same way many 70/80's albums have become over a long time period, it sure has mass appeal. I was fortunate to get on the VMP train when I first saw the release of DD posted on VC but it still baffles me as to why such a massively in demand LP was re-issued on a restricted retail model such VMP. I cannot wait to get this, the CD sounds fantastic and I can only imagine those deep groovy bass lines going to the next level on vinyl if this is well mastered.

I made an $100 order yesterday to Canada, and they seemed to offer me free shipping. Not sure if they'll rescind or cancel, but if it goes through, it's a sweet deal. Also, I hadn't heard Michael Chapman until I previewed his stuff looking through the sale, and now I'm totally hooked.

Those television personalities records were reissued a few years ago by fire records and 1972. Available for about 15 bucks. No need to wait till rsd

Hopefully the complete lack of interest here in the Dark Crystal OST matches with real-world demand. With The Labyrinth getting a wide release later this year, this would make a great companion piece. then again, I'm kind of a sucker for Trevor Jones soundtracks.

Those watermarks are pretty cool/ necessary.
