With the remastering/repressing of Aenima, I hope they get the rights for the Bill Hicks bit before third eye. Otherwise, that's going to sound weird to me.

Yeah I would buy Lateralus again if they released it as a non-picture disc. Also would buy Aenima with a quickness.

It's not great, but I wouldn't say it was bad. Even taking the CD audio it's quite possible to improve the mastering for vinyl, though obviously it's not ideal.

Wow. I really hope that is real. I also really hope that Lateralus is remastered in proper track order. I also hope that NONE of these are fucking picture discs. Can't wait to see how these come out. I also really hope that got a vinyl cutting genius like Golden or Ludwig on this as well.

Yeah it's kind of a running joke of sorts from mwY, that they offer the cool colors and then plain black for the "serious audiophiles." I for one have my entire mwY collection on colored vinyl, so grabbing a black copy all of a sudden would feel inconsistent. I think a lot of people are the same way.

All the verbiage around this release makes it sound like if you wait, you won't be getting anything. There's no way the 500 tour variant is NOT sold out before the first show. Just saying.

I'm sure it'll be green smoke instead of black smoke. Anyway the most interesting part to me is the listing says this was remastered for vinyl by Hans Dekline, who also did We Know Who Our Enemies Are, which sounded fantastic. Love that these guys always go all-out on their vinyl releases.

I've been curious about Willow St, but haven't had any time for it. I've watched a handful of things in the last week (or whenever I last shared), but have been too busy to really post about them. I should have some time tomorrow for a proper update. I'm thinking of watching Laid to Rest tonight. Not really sure how it ended up on my computer, but it seems like what I'm in the mood for.

This showed up today (Amazon US). Sounds great. Def 180g and gatefold. Only sticker said "Made in France" on back. Nice purchase for $22.

They probably should have added blue as well for 4 colored vinyl. Or maybe have done and actual blue swirl with red, yellow, green, etc in the middle. Wasted opportunity imo. Camo looks better.

Their worst IMHO. So Divided gets a lot of shit but Worlds Apart was the uncomfortable transitional record, and had a lot of cringe-worthy moments I could never get past.

I saw it at 4/5. I put in the wrong dollar amount, Paypal was going slow, tried to back out and they were gone. It was a full cycle of emotions in about 3 minutes.

I liked The Way You Used To Do much better. It sounded like something new from them, while the newer single just sounds like a Them Crooked Vultures B-Side. I'm really liking Boneface's work again. But I'd love to go back to the days when the art was pretty shitty but the records ruled.

I had 2 separate orders though. One from Fireballs (The Fragile) and one from Shitbag (Broken & NTAE). Only 1 tracking number though. I also asked if they could combine shipping on them and even keep the extra shipping $ and they said no, so we'll see what shows up. Edit: Scratch that. I only got shipping notification for The Fragile - I cross checked the order numbers. Nothing for Broken and NTAE but I'm waaaay back in the queue for those two.
