To be fair to Julien, I don't know how you can replicate Sprained Ankle. I don't mean musically, I mean that she was a new voice with a first album that just took everybody by surprise. You can't come literally out of nowhere more than once. Personally, I'm trying not to measure Turn Out the Lights against Sprained Ankle for exactly that reason. That album resonated with me in such a deep, emotional way that it's unfair to compare anything to it. That said, I think it's really good.

After a bit more harassment the guy who runs the burning world fb said he aims to get it online next week. Also some guy who was asking for price details was quoted an estimated price of around $70.

Hopefully it is a WYAINE repress, and I can grab a copy. My second hand copy is scratched to hell and is pretty much not listenable (that statement sounds weird). I wish they'd do a 7", hell even one of his lathes for the last 2 songs they released.

Got my box in from DWRC today and this album is just blowing my mind. Packaging is fantastic and the booklet is a really nice touch. Final Dossier is killer. I loved every minute. It really helps to bridge the og seasons, the new season, and the secret history book all together. And it confirmed my suspicions about a few things in the new season, as well as that finale.

Happy that its hitting it out of the park as far as sound quality goes for most of you, that means I'm bound to be happy with it. The wait just feels long and quiet. Still I see the merit in prioritizing overseas orders and have had that work out well for me in reverse plenty of times.

You're speaking generally about yourself, while labeling "every one". I still enjoy the show thoroughly. The hype is there, you just don't see it....because you've stopped caring. The ratings are there, but you don't think that counts.....because you've stopped caring. You feel like watching it is a chore or an obligation, because (you guessed it) YOU have stopped caring. Maybe you should just stop watching. I think the show will do okay with 11.3 million.

After binge watching new season of stranger things, and now flipping on new episode of walking dead im not entertained. show is so slow and repetitive.

Why does this have songs from both the soundtrack and the score? I don't want to mix these two things together.

Finally got Black Tomb from Totem Cat. Not so sure about that label. Had to remind the guy twice to ship my record. Also, finally streamed the new Monolord. At first, I was digging the new sound, but by the end I wasn't so sure that I need to buy the record. Any other stoner doom coming out that people are actually excited about? I'm getting a little bored.

My copy of Lateralus sounds awful, actually, probably the worst sounding picture disc I have. Maybe it's time to find another copy.
