I'm being a little facetious but there's something freeing about seam splits and corner bends. I spend a lot of time reading vinyl forums and browsing Discogs and the Great Quest for Vinyl Perfection can seep it's way into my subconscious as I read about people's frustrations with imperfect jackets or sleeves. It's sort of like getting your first ding on a new car; now, you can stop worrying about getting your first ding and continue with your life. "My jacket has a seam split. Phew. Now, I can just enjoy listening to this and not care about being an archivist and collector of mint memorabilia. I AM FREE."

Yep, I ordered this one too. It's intriguing being on that site and hearing a bunch of diehard Garth fans talk about not having record players but still wanting these sets like BAD. Honestly, it's pretty cool to take a look into another musical subculture that's so far removed from this one and observe what happens within it. Plus, for 130+ shipped and not being charged until October AND getting to pick a 6 digit number that will be pressed into it is a really good value. These albums are definitely classics and I'm pretty excited to finally own these on vinyl.

Got mine. The purple looks wayyy better in person than in the picture. Was hoping the jacket and inside sleeve were of higher quality considering the price tag but it's good to finally own this. Can't wait to spin this later.

They’ve done quite a few a couple times actually. Deltron, AFI, & the Nirvana Sliver single are the first that come to mind but there’s def more

On top of this, I wish they'd add certain factors like "gatefold" and "180 gram" to the list of checkboxes that are default instead of freetext descriptors so that when you're looking at the list of variants that are all different colors you don't run into a bunch of the same "first-three-characters" on the list of descriptors

Incredible. Caught them here in Vegas and the full band sound really gives more life to the songs. It was nice and made me want a live version of the songs. New song was great and I’m bummed because the 7” wasn’t available at our date. They also did a cover of Can’t Hardly Wait by The Replacements. Opening band Sloppy Jane was also quite an experience. Definitely want to get there early for them.

Haven't checked this thread in forever. You guys see Greta? I hadn't seen/heard much about it. It's not really being marketed as a horror movie but it definitely is. My friend works at a local theater and asked if I wanted to check it out with him on the house after his shift, so I saw it blind today. I fuckin loved it!

Glad I went with the band version pink. I don’t mind when colors are wacky and don’t match, but I can’t deny enjoying a good color scheme when it does work.

I tried like hell to get Tix, to no avail, but Conor has great performance charisma. Even his energy at a solo acoustic song in Carnegie Hall was great. See him with a full band or Desaparecidos and you're in for a good time. Especially if he's drunk.

100% in to this. I loved LP2 more than LP1, and sonically, I find this finds the sweet spot between the last two albums. I need to sit down with this when I'm not at work and give it a deeper listen, but for now I do not regret ordering this from BSM.

500 each, one was a yellow base with splatter, the other was a clear base with splatter.

Wow I must've been one of the last to get the clear splatter. Both splatters gone now apparently.

This record is surprisingly good for how much I hate Mom Jeans, and I forgot to grab one from the Halloween press, so I guess this is a good opportunity for me to fix that.

I mean tour tour merch is usually marked up stupidly. The band and their crew need a cut, the label wants a cut, and the venue wants a cut. I remember growin’ up t-shirts at shows were usually $20-25. Now it’s like $30-40.
